My Baby Wrote Me A Letter...

Last week was the best week of my life! Tripper sent me two packages! One was from the siamese rescue and it smelled soooooo good! (Just ignore Powder's little noggin', she was trying to get in the photo...)

Inside the box were TWO catnip infused toys that were Mine all MINE! (the card said so...) but the awesomeness had just started. My baby wrote me a letter AND GAVE ME A LOVE RAT!

Lookit' that rat, how awesome is this? And it has Tripper's very own spit  on it. He loves me, he really, really loves me in his own special, twisted psychotic way. What more could a girl ask for?

Did I mention it has his spit on it!?! Swooooooooon...

The Rudy Report

Have you missed me kitties? Me - Rudy - with your Rudy Report!

What a couple of weeks we have had here in O Hi O! Mommy abandoned us a lot, springtime came, then it went, then it came and then it went. Mother Nature has a hard time making up her mind around here. We have catgrass and catnip growing up on the deck. We have never had catgrass before and I can report that it's nommy and we have been polite with each other, each of us waiting our turn and not getting all hissy about taking cuts. The catnip is still small and it's placed so that we can't get to it. I'll just let the 'rents believe that part for now...
In other news...guess who is just about the best boy in the world? That's right - ME!

Flat Skeezix and his Food Lady came to visit us last week and I loved and loved and loved and loved and loved and loved and loved and loved all over her! Parker was friendly, Powder made a rare appearance and let the Food Lady touch (!) her, Diamond slobbered all over her (much to Skeezix's disgust) and Puff became invisible. Here you can see us enjoying a pre-dinner cocktail. (Would you care for some fur with that ma'am?)

Here's Flat Skeezix deciding what to eat at one of our fine and classy food establishments. He decided on some fish - good choice Skeezix, too bad my 'rent didn't bring any home for me...
We were so happy we were able to meet the Food Lady and Flat Skeezix, she gives great pets and skritches. Skeezix was a little quiet - maybe it was the jet lag...

Her Cheatin' Heart...

Oh my Cod kitties, will you look at this? Mommy not only left me last weekend she - she - she - cheated on us!!! I am stunned at her unabashed affection for Moshe -  look at her, she's smitten! At least she mentioned my blog. Moshe is a gorgeous boy and he lives with his wonderful 'rent Carol. You should go and say hello to them, they are very nice. Mommy had never met a Sphynx kitty before and she enjoyed holding him very, very much. She said that Moshe was a gentleman and allowed her to fawn all over him for a long time. This is why I can never trust her - you let her leave for a day and this is what she does...
Never mind that the food lady came over here last week and I let her do the same thing to me, that's different, right?

Swagalicious!

Well kitties, Mommy had the best time at BlogPaws! She met some wonderful peeps and learned a whole lot of stuff for my blog. Lookit' all of the swag! She said it was like a playground for CCL's! AND she met some of my real live kitty bloggie pals! I think we are going to devote this week to the story. She took a lot of photos and you won't believe this...she met flat Skeezix AND the Food Lady! Yup - it's true!

Isn't that cool? I have my very own business card! Mommy had them made because she's going to Blogpaws on Saturday to see what's new in the world of blogging and maybe meet some of our friends! I am not going with her, I need to stay home and snoopervise Daddy while he plants more flowers. So kitties, do me a favor if you are going to be there - watch for the lady in a white T-shirt that has my face on it, it will be my Mommy and she would love to meet you. She's looking forward to hearing Skeezix and Tripper's mom speak!

Saturday Caturday - Feeling Happy!

You may remember that on August 20th I celebrated my 7th birthday! You may also remember that I have a special, twisted relationship with this roguish tabbycat. Well, last week, much to my surprise, I got a little mail from him and his brothers! And he said he was my luvverboy - Swooooooon!

See me smiling? I am very happy that he remembered - I didn't care if it was late, I was just happy that he thought of me. And I was really happy that it contained a bag of 'nip in it. So Tripper, Skeezix, Mao and Rocky - Thanks for the great gift!

I was also honored last week from the handsome ginger boys across the pond, Eric and Flynn and the pretty calico gal Telsa with the I Love Your Blog award. Easy Like Bunday

Happy Spring and Happy Easter Everykitty! Rudy reporting today. Here are some random shots that prove that the Easter Bunny came to O Hi O! He didn't even let the snow slow him down! Yup, that's right, we got snowed on again. Siegfried and Roy were not very happy about that 'cause their bunny ears got wet! Anyway, as a surprise for Parker, the Bunny left her a mini-ham for dinner! She's gonna' be sooooo excited! Have a wonderful Bunday! Love and kisses, Rudy.

Easy Like Sunday - So Far!

This morning I was watching the action outside while Mommy and Daddy were having coffee at the dining room table. Here's me before I heard them talking...
Mommy: There is a Halloween contest at Skeezix's blog. I think Parker should enter.
Daddy: What does she have to do to enter?
Mommy: She has to wear a costume, we take a photo of her and enter.
Daddy: Really? We're going to try to put a costume on Parker???
Mommy: Yeah, What do you think we should try to dress her up as?
Daddy: I don't know, but I'll get the first aid kit ready...

Cranky Mommy -vs- Happy Mommy

I don't know about the rest of you kitties but my Mommy MUST have her coffee in the morning before she is O.K. to be around. I have to thank my sister Powder for winning the booby prize in a contest the Skeezix had for his 1000th post. She won a very cool coffee mug that Mommy uses all of the time to drink her morning anti-cranky juice.

Mommy and Daddy are going here today for some well deserved fun! We choose to stay home and nap in the windows. It's only going to get in the 70's with a gentle breeze - a perfect kitty nap day.

A Sunday Story - Welcome To O Hi O - Crash!

Since it's Sunday and I have a little time, I thought I would tell you the story of what happened to Mommy one sunny afternoon last May. Mommy was leaving her job in O Hi O and going back to her apartment. She stopped at a stoplight and the next thing she knew - WHAM! A young lady hit Mommy's car from behind. Below is the young lady's car. It was totaled.

Nobody got hurt and that was the important thing. Mommy's car was in the shop till last week! She said that there was only one good thing that came of the car crash...
