Little Stories From The Past - 1998

When Puff and Powder were newly "gotcha'ed", they lived with Mommy and Daddy and a woofie named Jordan. I never met Jordan, but Puff and Powder and Rudy tell me that he was a great woofie. He loved kitties and he used to let Puff and Powder take naps on him. Jordan even gave them baths when they were youngsters.
This photo always makes the 'rents smile. It was taken shortly after Mommy and Daddy were married. The big chew-bone was a wedding gift to Jordan from Mommy. As you can see, he really liked it! Jordan went to the Bridge way too soon. You can read a little about him here.
ps - Daddy washed his mouth out real good after this photo was taken!

Wow that's an amazing chew-bone!! We're sorry that Jordan had to go to the bridge at such a young age. He looks like a cool woofie.

Our Mom's sister has a golden and they are the greatest dogs! But we are happy that Lady has to stay at her house. We would be very scairt if she came here. Lady lives with two kitties and they all get along great. Of course the kitties rule! Jordan was gorgeous!

The woman says that photo reminds her of her dog Cotton. She was picking her up from the kennel and she had too many things and without thinking she put the dog bone in her mouth as she walked to the car. About the time she got there, she took it out thinking EWWW what was I thinking!

Jordon was such a beautiful doggie. It is so nice of you to remember Jordon and share a little about him for all of us to know him a little.
That is one big bone for sure. Is it the doggie bone or does it belong to the Dad?
