The Rudy Report
Ciao kitties! It's me - RUDY! with your Rudy Report! Tick and Tock are getting busy collecting walnuts for the winter and I enjoy watching them. I wish I could go outside and "help" them...
I think the hots have left O Hi O, we're all happy that they went somewhere else. Some of our leaves are turning colors and in the morning it's nice and cool. Mommy opens the door and wonderful smells come inside. Autumn rocks!
So - what's been going on? Our computer caught a terrible virus and it took a long time for our computer guy to figure it out. But he's very smart and finally got it fixed.
Our sitter was wonderful. As you may remember the 'rents left us to go to Lake Tahoe. When they came home both Mommy and Daddy were sick. Especially Mommy. She got to spend her vacation in their hotel room in bed. Daddy didn't get sick till the morning of the day they left. Good times kitties, good times...
Now they say they have to go back there to make up for the vacation that they took, but didn't have. Mommy says that someday she'll write about the worst. vacation. ever. on her Facebook page.
Some of our pals went to Blogpaws last weekend. We would have sent Mommy but she just got back from the worst. vacation. ever. and wanted to stay home with us. She's a cool 'rent like that. It looks like a good time was had by all! Maybe she can go to the next one and take a flat Parker or a flat Rudy with her.
Have a sweet Monday and take a nap for me, I need to get back to my Tick and Tock watch!

Photo Hunt - Entertainment
Nothing is more entertaining to us than watching our little buddy Tick enjoy a fresh walnut with more "news" of Michael Jackson blaring in the backgound.

The Rudy Report
Yawn...Oh, hey kitties! Is it time for the Rudy report?
In other O Hi O news, the 'rents went flower shopping. I'm sure there will be a lot of pretty photos to show you in the future. Daddy even planted his tomatoes! He's so proud that he grew them from seeds. Mommy is praying that little bunnies or Tick and Tock don't think that they are the buffet special! She says that bunnies and squirrels love tiny little plants and that Daddy will be very unhappy if his plants get on the critter menu! I don't care as long as they leave my baby Catnip alone!
One last piece of news, I heard the 'rents saying that they are taking a vacation next month. They are going to a place called Lake Tahoe - it is very far from O Hi O and we will have our sitter staying here! Whatever you do, don't tell Parker! You know what a Daddy's girl she is - this is gonna rock her world!
Peace out kitties - this is Rudy signing off...

The Wild Life...
...in O Hi O. The birds and Tick and Tock (and a dozen or so of their squirrely pals) continue to enjoy the birdy buffet. These photos were taken earlier this week.

But something wonderful happened yesterday! The temperature started to climb and a lot of our snow is disappearing! Mommy says that hope springs eternal and that maybe we are finished with the sub-zero weather for the season.
So in the spirit of hope, Mommy and Daddy bought this and some catnip seeds.
If the snow melts and the temperature starts to climb, time outside on our deck can't be too far off! WooHoo!
So, in other news, my boo-boo is healing, but I still look like someone clawed me in the kisser. I might show you some photos later this week. There is no infection and it does not hurt. I've also been given some sweet awards and I need to tell you about those! Stay safe and warm and well kitties - and I hope you have a special Valentine to be sweet to. As many of you know I have a twisted relationship with this rogue Tabby. Maybe I'll make him a little somethin'...who knows...

A Squirrely Tail
This is the view for us from one of our living room windows. We love it. Every morning Daddy goes out in the freezing cold and feeds the birds so we have something to watch every day. What's that Mommy? Oh. Every morning Daddy goes out in the freezing cold and feeds the birds so they don't starve. Our viewing pleasure apparently comes second to the birds welfare. You might also notice a squirrel who goes by the name of Tock. He has a brother, Tick and they live in the big walnut tree in our front yard.
Tick and Tock get fed by Daddy too. He spreads out Critter Mix for them so they stay plump and juicy, er, ah, I mean they stay healthy over the winter.

Hi Tock!
This is the bush where the birds hang out waiting for food. Sometimes it looks as though there are hundreds of them in there. It is very exciting to watch!
Yesterday Mommy got this for Tick and Tock. We (Daddy) are going to hang it from the tree so that Tick and Tock can have a little fun. We hope that they like it!
Hi Tock!
