Saturday Caturday

Mommy says that she has a very long list and a bad case of the 'busys' today. And Daddy is taking all of our decorations down! Our tree is being taken outside! SOB!  I was enjoying the last few weeks, I was giving Mommy relaxation lessons on the couch and now all of my hard work seems to be forgotten.
I wonder how many of you kitties are noticing the same thing - You just get the 'rents all trained and relaxed and the next thing you know they've forgotten everything you have taught them!
ps - our purrs and prayers are going to Bobbie she is very ill - please get well soon!

We are very lucky that our hooman is an old lady so she doesn't get busy very often except on the computer and to feed all of us. Our tree is gone too.

Mom won't take our tree down till next week, but she is starting to put some things away. We don't like this part.

Oh gosh. Does Powder know about the tree? We are a little concerned for the safety of the humans in O-Hi-O! :O

We have noticed that the 'busies' are back. Not that mum did much blogging when she wasn't busy!

Our decorations have come down too.

Happy New Year!

We know exactly what you mean Parker! Our tree is gone, and yesterday our Moms spent the day painting the living room. What's wrong with these humans?

Our mamabug is O-L-D and so is never too busy for us, so we are very lucky. Our sisterbean took our tree down yesterday and we really protested, but it didn't do us any good.....sigh.

Humans are basically untrainable and it is most trying to have to re-teach them over & over!
Happy New Year to all of you!

We are so sorry for your tree loss. Perhaps a pawful of Greenies or some Stinky Goodness might ease the pain?

We have a confession to make: we never even put our holiday decorations up this year!

We are keeping Bobbie in our thoughts and purrs.

Our problem is photoguy wants to stretch out on the couch and read books. We can't have that! Then he just isn't giving us the full attention we want.

We have our tree for another three days so we will make the most of ornament whapping until then. Mum always takes it down for Twelfth Night.

My humans are rearranging the house. I am so tired of change! They took the tree down yesterday, changed where they sleep and now are thinking of moving the computers to where the television area is and vice versa. What is a cat to do?!

Cory said...

Oh, then it's true...the tree will be going bye-bye. I heard them talking about it, but I've been in denial. I heard it's going to the boy scouts for recycling...sob!

Our tree is still here.... but I understand it won't be for very long! The ornaments are all askew from the new "it" at our house!

Beans are hard to train. We've found that the only way we can get our mom to sit still and relax is to make a kitty pile on her and look unbelievably cute so she won't make us move.

I'm still keeping my mom down (that is, her hurty shoulder is keeping her down.).

How sad, the end of the tree season... now we're kinda glad our humans didn't put one up...

My rent is leaving the tree up until next weekend. She does this "twelve days of Christmas" thing. Next weekend, we'll get to help put the tree and decorations away by playing in the boxes and getting underfoot ;)

We know EXACTLY how you feels. Humans are so difficult to train. They got "ideas of their own". Hrmph.

Some THoE seems to help a bit. Maybe you should try it. Preferably around 4 in the morning.

Hi Parker. We don't get to have a tree, but we understand how you miss yours! And those humans are so hard to train...we have a lot of trouble getting ours to relax and make a decent lap. Even when she's not hunting green papers she's so darn busy.
