Thursday Thirteen - O Hi O Edition

I ask you, how cool is this???

There are a lot of new things here in O Hi O that I have experienced. Here are thirteen of them
  1. I get to go outside! On our deck! Supervised!
  2. The windowsills are very wide, this makes for great naps in the windows
  3. The squirrels here are black! I've only seen brown and gray ones before - very cool
  4. Mommy is home every single night!
  5. Fresh Step Cat Crystals are very hard to find. This makes Mommy mad!
  6. Lace curtains. I will not snag them. I will not snag them. I will not snag them.
  7. Thundering Herds of Elephants is at a whole new level.
  8. They sell Cool Claws here. Yummy!
  9. Rudy has been very calm. We think it's all the room.
  10. B.B.Q.? Nope. Not even kinda'.
  11. I can supervise in the kitchen without getting stepped on, I have my own spot!
  12. The living room has enough windows for every one of us at once!
  13. We have Buckeyes in our yard. Mommy doesn't like that. She keeps yelling "Go Blue!" I don't get that one...Daddy says she's going to be very unpopular this fall.

Wowzie they sound like great things. Can you take a picture and show me your kitchen spot?

I am not interested in the kitchen - nope no way. I only pass through the kitchen to go and sit in my bath.

Oh, no!!! Not the Buckeye State!!! If your mom needs some maize and blue stuff, let us know. Momma can hook her up. :)

Momma loves black squirrels, too. Aren't they the cutest? They don't have them where we live, they only live on the east side of Detroit. :(

It sounds like O hi O isn't so bad. I'm glad you're liking your new house. Bummer about the BBQ, though.

Love,
Tazo

I am glad that you have your own kitchen spot parker. In my apartment in Kansas I had my own kitchen spot too. We called it "The Cat Counter" I hope I get to have my own kitchen spot when I move to California. And my mommy has lots of blue stuff if you need any.

those is all great things. mommy says to tell your daddy to go to the orange home store and get a charbroil smokey joe grill (charcol) and he can do his own bbq any way he likes - mommy uses our ALL the time - we haf all different types of bbq now.

Parker, my mom ending up calling five different pet stores and none of them carried the Cool Claws, which we all think is not very cool! We do have that type of litter. I asked mom if we could make a trade, but she said I wouldn't like the ice cream if it came all the way from Ohio. Sounded like the perfect plan to me. Well next time there's a party, I know what I want to ask you to bring.

I'm really happy you like your new house. I'd love to see you guys playing on the stairs.

I'm especially happy for Rudy.

Yay for Rudy! I am glad he has enough room now. Your deck looks great. I am glad you can go outside under supervision. Wide windowsills are wonderful. I am so glad that there are enough of them in the living room to accommodate all the kitties at once. Sorry about not being able to find the right cat litter.

That's a great looking deck. Have fun out there.

Sorry about your litter. We have it in Cowlumbus. Don't know why Lima doesn't have it.

Maybe your Mom would like Buckeyes better if she tried one of the peanut butter & chocolate ones.

There are a lot of fans of that "team up north" in the Toledo area, so there are probably some in Lima too. Maybe your Mom can blend in with them. Mommy & Daddy & Grandpa & lots of out Aunts & Uncles went to OSU, so we'll all be screaming for the Buckeyes starting 9/1. We hear there are other sports, but it's really all about the football.

Cool, you get to go outside. I take it you are mostly inside. What a bummer. I get to go out, but it has been so hot in Georgia the past week or so I mostly stay inside during the day, but I get to go outside at night. I'm glad you like your new home in O hi O.

Parker!
We have great decks here too, and WHITE SQUIRRELS.
We have not seen a white squirrel yet, but Mosaic Lady did, once, when she flew here to find our home before making us go on a FIVE DAY CROSS COUNTRY nightmare in a prison box move.
Our dawg is very entertained by all the brown squirrels in our trees, and Sadie is very busy with all the reptiles and bunnies.
But we are on full alert watch for the ever-elusive NC WHITE SQUIRREL (not to be confused with the very tacky, and very stinky, gift shop downtown by the same name.)

We hope the store owners don't google themselves or we'll be viewed as not very nice, or Southern. We're really not either.
