Easy Like Sunday - Sunny Nap

This time of year the sun shines through our dining room window in the afternoon. When the 'rents are in the kitchen making dinner and there is nice music playing in the house and everything is calm it almost makes me forget that I am ACTUALLY TOUCHING RUDY!

Furmination and A Magical Mystery Tour

This represents about 1/40th of what was furminated off of us on Sunday.

"Why yes, I'm stoned, why do you ask?"

"I think I see little pink mice over there."

"I'm too stoned to check it out."

"Wow, I just had a flashback!"

Powder just nods out.

And here we have Puff in a nip-induced coma.

"Which direction is rehab?"

"Parker, you got any more stash?"

"No man, I'm tapped."

"My skin feels all crawly!"

"Maybe if I do the Monty..."

"Here's my one-eyed Monty"

"My incredibly nipped out face."

This is as close together as you will ever see these little nipheads.
All in all we had a great afternoon. Mommy had to have a glass of wine after we finished getting furminated. Rudy has to be stoned to allow her to brush him. He really hates it, but will allow it if he has his snout in the nip. All of us took very, very, very long naps after our grooming. And for all you Mommy and Daddy beans out there - get a furminator. Mommy said we feel so soft and fluffy now and all of our undercoats are gone. We feel marrrrrvelous! (And Hungover!)

Things We'll Miss About Our Home In KC Part One Million

We know the floor is icky on the back porch, but we love it out here. And no, Puff isn't laying by yak, it's the shrimpy crack treats! We are all nipped out here. We'll miss this porch. But...

I think we'll like this fireplace in our new home!

Mommy needs a good camera - she wants to show all of you more photos of our new home. She keeps telling us how much we will love it. She says we will have so much room that we can go for days and not even see each other if we want to. That sounds like a big house to me! This fireplace is in the living room. There are two others in the house. I like that part!

Thursday 13 Edition 4 - Our Review of The Babble Ball

One of the wonderful gifts that was in our Secret Paws package from the lovely Spooker from Purrchance To Dream was a Babble Ball. Not The Mama wanted us to provide honest feedback about our new toy. We have spent the last few days testing the ball and here is what we have concluded:

1.Mommy and Daddy loved that all they had to do to get it to work was pull a little bit of plastic out of the ball. No tools or switches or programming. Easy = Good.

2.We like that with just a little bitty touch, it starts to talk to you!

3.We like that it isn't too loud, if it was too loud we would be startled and scared.

4.It rolls very nicely! It rolls a lot like a golf ball, and we like golf balls.

5.We enjoy the smell of it. We sniff it all of the time. Mommy and Daddy don't think it smells like anything at all. We still like to sniff it.

6.If the ball says "here kitty, kitty kitty," we all come running. We like that it knows our nick-name!

7.Our D.O.G., Diamond, is a little scairt of it. We REALLY like that!

8.When it's very early o'clock we like to give it a swat. Not only does it talk to us, but Mommy and Daddy talk to us too! Then the ball gets put in the toy box till morning...sigh.

9.We don't get in fights over the ball - we treat it like prey, so we all gang up on it and have fun together!

10.It is a hard toy to lose. Some kitty always brushes up next to it and it talks!

11.If you swat it real hard it spins for a very long time. Long spinning time = good.

12.It's a good size to pick up with both paws and throw it up in the air, if were any larger, we couldn't do that.

13.It makes a sound like a birdy - that really gets us excited!
