BFF's

It's cuddle season here and as we get more mature and laid back, we enjoy a little snuggle time. Us older guys have to stick together. Diamond had his photo taken with the 'rents and Santa last weekend. See? -

Today Ricky Tiki Tavi is going for a visit with Santa Paws. Puff. Powder and I have decided to skip the Santa photo shoot. We'll see him on Christmas Eve when the 'rents are snoozing. Ricky Tiki Tavi is still too young to understand what he's getting himself into with this whole Santa thing. Heh-heh. We're all doing OK - Diamond is still dealing with his creaky bones and is taking medicine for them. He gets to take it with cheese! I have  some mats that will get me a trip to the groomers very soon.

I hope all of you are enjoying the holiday season. We are trying our best to be good so that Santa fills our stockings with good stuff!

Nothin' like a Saturday afternoon with toys and some 'nip for the kitties. Diamond has his squeaky toy, Baby Dumbo, and the kitties have their 'nip toys. Life is good.

The Rudy Report

 

Hi Kitties - It's me - RUDY! with your Rudy report! I had a very lazy weekend. Lots of naps on laps. Diamond joined me for a little bro time. Since we used Daddy's lap, he had to nap a lot too. I really don't think he minded one bit. I did find the time to ambush my sisters and meet the business end of the water sprayer. Mommy says that I will never learn. She is probably right! We hope we get a lot of rain this week so it can wash away all of the snirt (that's snow + dirt). I'm ready for some green grass to look at. I hope your week is full of treats and no water bottles.

The Rudy Report

Hellllllo kitties! It's me RUDY! - with your Rudy Report! Diamond Doggie and I have a pretty good relationship. Us guys have to stick together in a home full of female felines. He's got my back and I've got his. Or is it he has my hiney and I have his??? Anyway...it is bone chilling cold outside and we like to keep each other toasty on the love seat. Diamond has his froot bats up because there were people actually walking on the sidewalk in front of our house!!! It's his job to keep all of us safe from people walking outside on the frigid cold sidewalk.
I'm very happy to report that I FEEL GREAT! I've put a lot of the weight back on that I lost and I am playing, having attacks of the kitty-crazies and have even felt the wrath of the evil spray bottle a few times when I thought it might be fun to dive-bomb ambush my sibs. The 'rents say that I have turned the corner this week. I have no idea what that means - I turn a lot of corners every day...
In other news, I had a new collar come from the man in the bloo long underwear. Parker got a new collar as well. She'll show them to you later this week. We'll be stylin' our winter fashions! As far as what's been going on in the food report, I'm happy to say that the Stinky Goodness continues to flow freely to keep me bulked up. Mommy made some stuff that I think looks and smells disgusting - here take a look - that's not anything fit for a cat...

The Rudy Report

Hola! Saludo kitties, here I am - ME! Rudy, with the Rudy Report!

It was a football weekend here - lots of nap opportunities!

I was planning on telling you about Parker having to go to the VET today for her wellness check-up, but the VET called and cancelled the appointment and now she doesn't have to go 'till Thursday. None of us enjoy going to the VET, but Parker is a little strange, she doesn't seem to mind and actually flirts with the VET! What a strange gal she is! I'll let her tell you about it later this week. The 'rents had company over this weekend and they made VEGETARIAN lasagna! With spinach! Blech! Mommy made up for that disaster by cooking a roast on Sunday. And yes, we got some tastes of it so all was forgiven.

Mommy also said that she is going to get us ready for Halloween. I wonder what she means by that...should I be worried?

Movie Monday - A Peaceful Meal

We may fuss and fight a lot but food is something we can all agree on. We like to eat and we are good about sharing our space. Even Diamond. Here we see Diamond having a little dinner and Puff having a little drink. And you can see our oven rack that Mommy had out while she was roasting a chicken!

Later in the evening we all did the "Happy Dance" 'cause Mao came home! Annie, hurry up and do the same!
