The High Hots

It's going to get up in the high hots today. I'm staying right here in my cool cube and nap until October!

Good idea, Parker. But since you're "one cool cat" to begin with, it really shouldn't be a problem.

Tents are always good for some shade!

Good idea! We're melting here too, and it's been since summer 2007 that we've had such extended high temps/humidity.

Keep well-hydrated, Parker!

Hi Parker! We had a cube just like that and used to have lots of fun in it. Until the kittens peed in it and mum wrecked it trying to get it clean... we hope you have lots of fun in yours and that the Hots don't bother you too much.

we gots the high hots too and supposed to get to near 100 every day. Then mom says the humidity makes it worse. I'm staying in my cool places too, Parker.

You really look cool! One of my cats, Scrufty, likes to stay in her cloth tube outside. I guess it's cooler for her, too.

I have friends in PA who are having 100 degree weather. I'm in northern AZ with 88 degrees, no humidity. Go figure!

For all the folks (I consider cats and dogs as persons) reading this, my blog has stories and information helpful for cat helpers everywhere.

I wish for all the cat blogosphere kitties to stay well!

Does that mean you're going to report from your cat cube from now on?

P.S. I think the idea of ice cubes in your water sounds great!
