Puff is annoyed. When the hots come to O Hi O she does not get to go out on the deck because the rents say it's too hot for us and for them. She'd like all of you to know that she hates the hots. A lot.
Puff, you do look quite annoyed. You can come and play in my garden if you like, it is nice and sunny here but not too hot for kitty sunbathing (if they are showing the Wimbledon tennis where you are, you can see it is nice and sunny in London)
We gotz da hots up here, too, and our momma is not lettin' us on da sun-porch cuz it is connected to da house an' it isn't air-condishuned an' da house is...so, it's inside fur us just yike youz.
We are in O hi O too and it sure IS hot! Yikes!!! Theodore and Sasha love the warm weather but only if its under 80...otherwise its too hot for kittehs...

Hot can be bad on little kitty paws and tummies, not to mention getting overheated, and we're sure your parents are just being careful for you. It's getting way too hot here in Texas and our Mommy is about ready to not let us outside for a couple of months until it cools down again. :(
Puff, you certainly look very floofy which I guess is not so great for the hots. Personally, I love the heat but my mom only lets me out for short times to my porch and then brings me in to cool off. Oh, I now have 3 bowls of cool water to sip from in my porch - my mom puts ice in it too! Willow watches from the window - she hates the hots!

Puff's got a pretty and impressive fur collar going on there but yes, it's not cool for O-hi-O's sticky, humid, hot summers.

I hate the hots too. That means the windows don't get opened.
