Out Of The Closet

Is the sticky bean gone? Are you sure? Do you promise he's gone?
Sorry I did not post this weekend, but it's hard to do much of anything when you are hiding in the closet! I am sorry to announce that I do not care much for 5 year old sticky boy beans. They are loud and they move fast and they jump and they stomp and even though they drop food on the floor, it's not worth hanging around to get it. Diamond says "yes it is!"
The sticky bean left yesterday so life is back to normal here in O Hi O. Mommy says that for a little boy, he was pretty well-behaved. Me and my sibs do not agree with her. All of us hid a lot, except for Diamond and Rudy. It must be a guy thing.
July has not been a great month. I'm hoping August is better.

We would've hid somewhere, too Parker. Little kids move much too fast and always want to squeeze us. We do not care for squeezing.

Oh no, yous had a sticky bean invasion? It's lucky you had a good hinding place. We don't think we'd like little boys either, loud sounds and thumpin' around bother us.

So sorry to hear about the rough weekend with the sticky bean. I had a visit yesterday from a 11 year old sticky bean. I took one sniff of him and left the room. Don't like the little ones!

i can understand your reluctance to hang with five year old sticky beans. i prefer the company of quiet and clean beans myself.

I would have watched from a safe distance. They never would have known we had Gemini--she is very good at hiding!

We totally agree Parker - we'd have spent the weekend under the bed!

Oh Parker, we are so glad you survived the sticky little beans! Under the bed is the best place because they can't reach you from the middle! We hope August is a super cool month for you too!

I like your funny close-up! I hide when I hear the doorbell ring, and I don't even know who is there!

Do not apologize for not liking the sticky boy beans. They can be hard for cats to get used to. They do make a lot of noise and intrude in your personal space. I'm glad for you that he's gone, and everything is all back to normal in O HI O :-)

I run under the bed if I hear anything that even sounds like knocking. I only like Mama, Daddy, Titus, & EG. Maybe Grandma, but that's it.

Let's sure hope that August is way better. We're not that sorry to see July go either.

Love,
Tazo

Little beans move too fast and act like they are predators instead of prey, when we knows kittehs are the only predators a house should have!

We would have hidden in the closet, too, Parker. You was right to stay away from sticky boy beans!

I hope your August is wonderful! Mom laughed when she read about 5 year old sticky people. Sounds frightening to me! I think you were very wise to hide in the closet. Glad you're back!

Oh, he was one of doze kinda little boys. Ours are mostly quiet...mostly. Dey is not allowed to stomp around but sometimes dey run up and down da hall and make noyze. Dey is also not allowed to harrass da kitties, if we hide den dey leave us alone. Besides, dey haf kitties of der own so dey know better. Yeah, we think it's one of dem guy things too, Speedy loves everyone after he hides until he sees if mom and dad like dem.

It is best to hide if you don't like your visitors. Hope your life gets back to normal. Smooches.

Two Sundays ago, Kate and Nick had some friends around for lunch, including two sticky bean boys: one five-year-old and one four-year-old. It was the scariest thing EVER. They're so freaking unpredictable... and LOUD! I hid in the big bed, way under the covers.
