Our 'Nip Has Been Harvested!
Here is a very sad sight. This is our catnip pot. It had a lot of wonderful 'nip growing for us. We enjoyed it a lot. Now that the weather is a lot cooler the nip all got harvested for this winter. But Daddy left one little piece in there because there are some outside kitties who like to clearly like to come and help themselves (we have never seen them). I don't think that one little piece is going to survive for long! So long 'nip plant! See you next Spring!

At least all of your fresh 'nip has been harvested! My humans both have "black thumbs" and kill everything they've ever tried to grow, so I've never had fresh 'nip.
I have never seen a nip plant. Is it big?

::sniff:: That's a very sad site. Our nip comes back efurry year in a diffrint spot in the yard. We haf lots an lots an lots an too much fur just Bonnie an me. Mom's only seen one outside cat in our yard cuz Madison gots a "leash law" that keeps efun pet cats inside. Keeps us an the birds safe, I guess. Purrs!
How sad! I hope you get lots of dried nip until the next crop is ready!
Ours grows in the ground, but mom cuts it all off and dries it in da fall, she cut it last week so...we'll have plenty all winter.
Awww ... It's always sad when the 'nip leaves for the winter. Sigh ... Now it's back to "processed" 'nip for your cravings.
