Litter Surfing...I Do NOT Reccomend!

I apparently have a lot to learn...

First of all, I am OK. Second of all, I am now on medication that helps me not want to litter surf. Third of all, what kind of 'rent snaps a photo of this instead of rescuing me from the dilemma I got myself into? And fourth of all, do you have any idea how hard all of the cats laughed at me? I told Daddy if he fed me more treats I would not do this. He is not buying what I am selling...
I am so embarrassed....
Balls and bones,

The Rudy Report

I crack me up!
Hi everykitty, it's me, Rudy with the Rudy Report! I have to tell you - when Mommy goes away for the day to spend some time with her girlfriends and Daddy decides to take a nap in the afternoon, it's A LOT of fun to leap in his unprotected lap! I even learned some new words that I cannot repeat here.
That's what he gets for having me neutered. Revenge is a dish best served cold...

Chimney's Aren't Just For Santa Anymore!

Always keep your eyes to the skies kitties!
I really, really, really got into big trouble this weekend.
I decided to go exploring. Without permission.
On our roof. And Chimney. It rocked!
Daddy and I were deck chillaxin' and quick as a flash I got the urge to climb...
so up, up and away I went! I can be pretty swift when I wanna' be!

Try to imagine me on the top of that chimney. You can see lots of stuff from that high up!
(and yes, that is Santa's Sleigh - he leaves it here all year!)

Here's an old photo of the back of our home to give you perspective.

Here's my route - railing, taller railing, low roof, tall roof, chimney...
Easy Peazey!

Here's another photo of our deck (pre-chicken wire) for perspective.

Daddy had to climb up to the roof to catch, er, ah, I mean rescue me. It was quite dramatic for both Mommy and Daddy, for some reason, they don't think I belong on the roof.

There are no actual photos of me getting caught, er ah, I mean rescued. The 'rents were both too worried about getting me down than getting the camera. I fear I am grounded unless both Mommy AND Daddy are on the deck together.

Powder On The Hunt

"Don't mess with me!"
This little 6 pound, 10 year old calico gal just deaded a HUGE cicada all by herself. If the parents had not stepped in, she would have eaten it too! Powder is a fierce huntress! Mrrrrooowww!

Doodle and Prizes

As you can see, I am no artist. My self-portrait doodle is to help raise funds for CFHF. Not The Mama is having a doodle fund-raiser for them. My whiskers look both scared and as if they met the business end of a curling iron! And let's not even get started on my ears....

BUT...in much prettier news, I got a package! It was from the wonderful house of The Taylor CatSSSSS for naming the kitty logo (her name is now Miss Lenda Paw!) for Cat Friends Helping Friends. Now kitties, make sure you are sitting down, because when you see all of this wonderful loot, you're gonna' faint!

But first, here I am loving on the box!

Look at all of this great stuff! Toys and Fancy Feast and OHMYCATLOOKIT'ALL OFTHOSETEMPTATIONS! I felt a little faint when I first saw it. Even Mommy got one of the coolest things - a great Harrod's bag! She LOVES it! She will use it every day when she goes hunting. We are very touched by The Taylor CatSSSSS and their Mommy's generosity! A thousand smooches to you!

Here is Puff right before she put the bitey on Mr. Purple Land Shark. Mr. Purple Land Shark had a very bad day. I am sad to report that he no longer has a tail...

OH - Please make sure to stop by tomorrow. That orange terror also known as Rudy is celebrating his 9th birthday. I am working on a photo album of his life from birth to the present day. I even have a picture of him when he was brand new!

Tattle Tail Tuesday - It. Was. The. Modem.

"Hiya'! I'm back, didja' miss me?"
After days of running scans, cleaning out files and other stoopid attempts at fixing a computer that WAS NOT BROKEN, the very nice computer man spent 2 minutes looking at our computer and said to Mommy, "unplug your modem." So once Daddy did that, the very nice computer man was able to hook us up to another signal in the 'hood and BAM!, blazing fast connection!
Does Mommy feel very stupid? Yes.
Am I happy to be back with my friends in the blogosphere? Yes.
Do I worry that Mommy is so stupid that she might forget how to feed me? Yup, yup, I do.
So, if you'll excuse me, I need to catch up on what you kitties have been up to!
See ya'!
