Parker's New Year Eve Annoucement

I am happy to report that I will ring in the New Year with my family. The 'rents are thrilled at my determination. I'm still eating well and napping about 22 hours a day. But I AM STILL HERE! Happy New Years to you and yours. And 2012 smoochies to you from me!

The Best Way To Start A New Year...

...is with Daddy skritches! I am so thankful I have 'fomerly' in front of feral.
Happy 2010 kitties! We had a great night with great food - shrimps! Cows! Temptations! And when the ball dropped we were with the ones we love.
Here's hoping that every day in 2010 is as good as the way it began!

New Year's Eve Smoochies!

January 1, 2008

Happy New Year!

Hi! Puff here. I'm filling in for Parker, she's on Mommy snuggle duty and cannot leave Mommy's side. Mommy still feels poorly and we have to make sure she gets better soon. We are sorry we missed the New Year's Eve parties. Parker was hoping to see Tripper somewhere and maybe get a New Year's Eve smooch. Oops, I'm blabbing too much!
Oh, I also want to let the anonymous kittie(s) who left an email a few weeks ago about getting our Secret Paw soon that it never did arrive - so if you did send it, you might want to check with the beans that you gave it to send it. I think it got lost!

Daddy has been very busy too! He's had to look after Mommy, feed us, start to un-decorate the house and cook! I will miss my favorite tree ornament.
To ease the sting of that, look what he cooked last night!

Needless to say there were four very happy kitties and one happy doggy with a bellies full of HAM!HAM!HAM!HAM!
2008 is going to be great as soon as Mommy gets better! I have to go now, my snuggle shift starts soon!

What Are You Doing New Year's Eve?

This was supposed to be a very fun long weekend. It really hasn't turned out that way. Here's how 2007 is leaving us - Poor Diamond got sick Saturday and had to go to the V.E.T.! It turned out he had to have his bottom squeezed. Something about glands...I won't go into the details, but he also suffered the indignity of getting his nails trimmed.
Mommy rarely gets sick. But she got reeeeeally sick on Saturday afternoon. She was running a very high temperature and had to go to the human vet place on Saturday night. Daddy took her - she was there a long time and got home with Daddy early Sunday morning. She is going to be fine, but still doesn't feel very good. I am having to work extra hard in the snuggle department. I'm doing shift work with Puff and Powder and Rudy. The overtime is being paid in Temptations from Daddy. Since Mommy is my typist, I don't know how much I can visit you guys. That kind of stinks, but we might be able to get around a little.
All of us here in O HI O want to say thank-you to all of our buddies in the blogosphere - 2007 was my first year of blogging and I have made so many wonderful friends. Me and Puff and Powder and Rudy and Diamond and Mommy and Daddy want to wish all of you a very Happy New Year! We will welcome 2008 with open paws and maybe some 'niptinis and stinky goodness.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
