Powder: Can you believe this? Mommy and Daddy go on vacation and the only thing that they bring back for us is them! Not one toy, no Kansas City BBQ, not even a morsel - nothing!!! This is wrong!
Rudy: At least they came back Powder, and don't forget, they missed us so much that I think you've been given half your weight in Temptations the last few days...
Powder: Oh, yeah...you're right. I'm glad they're home.
Rudy: Me too Powder... me too.

Formerly Feral Friday - We Pity The Kitties!

Hi-ya' Kitties! I'm taking back my blog!

It's Friday, I'm formerly feral and I have things to say! First of all, we sent our little donation to The Beaufort Community Cat Project - we had 80-something comments, so we just rounded up and counted on Mommy to be her usual math-impaired self. They got $25, which might buy a little food or maybe pay for a spay or neuter. That was a lot of fun!
Mommy still feels like the guy in Jethro Tull's Aqualung (the snotty part, not the rest of it!), but she's better than she was. She still managed to put on a heckofa' party for the calicos! See what we had to snack on?

For those of you who are not familiar with 3 Dog Bakery, it's a Kansas City taste treat for dogs and cats. When we lived there we would get special birthday cakes and treats. We miss it a lot and Mommy surprised us with We Pity the Kitties cat treats in Chicken flavor! Heaven! AND we got to wash them down with catmilk! Later there was nip and playing with our tinsel wands, all in all a great celebration!
Here's wishing you a wonderful Friday and a sunny, treat filled weekend. We have big plans. They are to do NOTHING! Just naps and deck time and smoochies!

Santa Was Here! Santa Was Here!

Hi Kitties! Rudy here, Parker is napping off the squillion treats she has eaten so I thought I would show you that Santa was at our house and he must have thought we were very good kitties, 'cause we had lots of wonderful prezzies under the tree!

I hope every kitty had a wonderful holiday.

We were all together and had a great time. We played nice and got to snuggle a lot with the 'rents. It was the best Christmas ever! We are so blessed!
