Tansi kitties! It's me - Rudy! with your Rudy Report! If you are like me you are counting down the days until the turkey gets stuffed in the oven. I don't care what the 'rents say about my new diet, I am going to get some tastes of that bird! It's my feline right I tell you! I am growing very tired of having to take my medicine (so is Mommy!) and I only have three more days of her holding me down and squirting that gunk down my throat. Then I guess I get carted off to see Dr. Joe again to make sure that stoopid bladder infection is all gone. But enough of that. I'd rather focus on the joy of Thanksgiving. We sure do have a lot to be thankful for - the 'rents, our home, being loved and wanted. I know that there are so very many kitties that are not as lucky as we are. I am also a little sad about our buddies who have left for the Bridge. We are thinking of the families that they have left behind and know that the holiday will not be as happy with their absence.
Count your blessing kitties, I know that I am.
Oh - and if you know of a foolproof way to snatch tastes of turkey, let me know...thanks!

I got a fool proof way to snatch tasts of turkey, but your 'rents won't like it very much!!!! Wait until they are talking and having a good time...get Diamond woofie to make a fuss to distract them...then when the moment is right, leap to the table, steal the turkey and head for the nearest bed. Hide under it with your prey and enjoy. Don't tell 'em Cory said so. I'll deny it.
You are so right, Rudy, we have so much to be thankful for. We will be glad when you are done with that nasty medicine. You will deserve some turkey for sure!
We all have a lot to be thankful for Rudy. I hope your infection is all gone.
Those are all good things to be thankful for!
Good luck with the Turkey snatching!!
The Florida Furkids and Angel Sniffie
Sorry you are under the weather Rudy. Hope you feel better later this week in time for that bird!
We're sorry yoo still hafta take medicinal gunk BUT that means yoo should get EXTRA Turkey to make up for it ~ right?
Hey there Rudytoots! We like Cory's idea a lot. Good luck at the v-e-t!
Rudy, it is always good to take a moment and remember how lucky we are!
Rudy, we hope this is an end to the meds and that you get a clean bill of health.
Cory's idea is purrfect! Ha!
sneeze on the turkey!
excellent report rudy. hope your visit to dr. joe is your last visit for a while...
We hope you will be given the best news when you have to go to the v-e-t office next time. Surely no one could deprive you of a bite or two of turkey - if they do - put the bitey on them.
Rudy, you lok like yu're feeling spunky again...hurrah!
We hop on the counter and eat what we want...so we don't have any turkey-nabbing suggestions. Mommy & Daddy like Cat Spit as a condiment.
Not long know before the medicine has gone. I so hope it has dne the trick and you are all well again. Turkey, I am sure you will get some. Hugs GJ x
We are sooo looking forward to Turkey day and somehow we will get some of that big bird, though there will be a lump in our throats because our brother Cherokee (KeeKee) will be crossing the bridge tomorrow. Our Vet is coming to the house to help him cross peacefully. We are doing a very special Blog about him for Thanksgiving......
I sure do hope you manage to get some nibbles Rudy...only seems fair.
We do have a lot to be thankful - nice warm home, loving oomans, good food (most of the time). What more could we possibly want.
We don't get turkey here. It's not fair!
We think a small taste wouldn't hurt you.
Hope you get it!
Hang in there with the meds!
Rudy I sure hope that you're feeling all better very soon. I think you should get at least one slice of turkey! Bouncie loved Thanksgiving, especially the food.
Rudy, after putting up with that infection and having to take that nasty medicine, you definitely deserve some turkey!!
We plan ta celebrate Thanksgiving with turkey, cause we like birdie flavor food. But we also have a box of Stinky Goodness that we don't like but other kitties would. So TBT is gonna bring it to the local shelter.
We know you and your Mom will be glad to stop the medicines! Good luck on the turkey!
No fool proof way, we usually just sit around looking pathetic and get some. It helps dat we usually haf company dat don't lissen when mom sez not to feed us. And yoor right, we haf lots to be thankful fur.
Rudy, you're right to remember to be thankful for the good things in life. Good health is right up there at the top.
