Tick Tuesday

I thought you might enjoy seeing Tick having a little snack.
He loves the corn Daddy puts out for him!
I wonder where his brother Tock is today?
Maybe he's off building their winter nest!

Mom says Tick must have a cousin who lives in New Hampster. Shes says he has figured out how to get to the bird feeder hanging from one of the trees at her day hunting gig place. Drives the lady who puts out the bird feed crazy!

You're nice to feed Tick before the winter!

Tick and Tock have a entire branch of the family living in our yard. Just the other day they were hiding nuts everywhere!

Tick looks like he is enjoying his snack. We have squirrels who eat the peanuts in the bird feeders. We have to run out and chase them up the tree.

You're so sweet to feed Tick and Tock. We like to feed the squirrels in their own feeder too, but we also have chipmunks and they tend to clean out the feeder pretty quickly this time of year. That sends the squirrels back over to the birdfeeders. Oh well, there's plenty for everybody. Our squirrels are mostly red and they chase off the gray ones.

Tick is very sleeky. His California Cousins hide their walnuts in all of our container plants. We like to watch the squirrels too, they are even better than watching the birdies.

Thanks for the cool photos of Tick, Busby and Ray

Your corn feeder looks a whole lot better than ours, Parker. Our Grampy has to plunge the cob into a stake and hope it works without deading his hand.
