It's Monday! But I think you know that...those boomies on Saturday night were no fun. Diamond barked and barked and barked. Needless to say, we kitties were all very tired yesterday. It was a very pretty day, not too hot, very sunny and there was a gentle breeze. The 'rents took pity on us and let us go out on the deck for a few hours. Here we are all relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet.
We napped and napped and napped. I think we needed a day to recover from all of the holiday noise and stress.
Mommy is home for one more staycation day - we are going to try to get her to let us on the deck again. I hope the hots stay away!

Oh you all look furry relaxed on your deck. I have spent a lot of time chilling out in my garden lately. But today it is raining so I am napping indoors instead.

So far today it's a little cooler here because we had a storm last night and are expecting more today. But we don't like the boomies that come with the storms.

We're so happy you got some deck time! It was a bit cooler here yesterday, but The Mommy still won't let us outside for at least the reset of this week while Bugsy still gets better from his surgery a couple of weeks ago (not fair to let any of us out if we can't all go out, she says). And then it'll be too hot again. *pout*

Yep, the humans like their boomers and making ooooohhhs and ahhhhhss sounds....very strange, but we still loves them.
We had tons of boomies over the weekend, too. Titus and I slept through them and EG snoopervised from the window.
