Saturday Stuff

As I told you kitties a few days ago, Mommy had to travel again. I was afraid she'd be gone many, many sleeps, but she came home last night! Hooray! (Sorry for the shaky photo, I was upset she was leaving).

Here's where she went. Anykitty recognize Cincinnati?

Meanwhile I waited for her

Daddy is going to grill this weekend. HAM! HAM! HAM!
Mommy and Daddy got us steps to go to our food. They found these and EBay and we love them! Puff and Powder are 9 years old and Mommy doesn't want them hurting themselves from jumping off of the table a squillion times a day. We have to keep our food elevated 'cause the D.O.G. would eat it.
Uh, oh. Looks like another Furmination in in our future!
We are officially safe from Vishus Deers now! Thanks Skeezix! Please tell Tripper to watch for me - I may teleport over this weekend and check out the birdfeeders. Tripper says he is learning manners and I'd like to see for myself how he opens doors. And says please and thank-you.

Munchkin in a year old today! Happy Birthday Munchkin! There is a party over here, go wish him a Happy Birthday and party down, the food looks great!

I see you in the window. Those little flower pots are really cute!

We needed steps like yours when we had our Rainbow Angel, Holly Belle D.O.G. She loved our food.

Happy Saturday, Parker!

That is a great idea having the steps up that table. Grilling sounds FUN!!!!
I hope my humans buy a big grill (perhaps like these big BBQ grills in OZ???) next year!!

those steps are the greatest!

We can't have steps up to our table because then Gatsbi could get to the non-diet food and she isn't supposed to eat it. That's why our food is on the table and the bathroom counter. Her diet food is on the floor. She can't jump on stuff because of her neurological disability.

We hope you enjoy your grilled HAM!

Parker, I did see your momma wave at me. She drove right through my town on the interstate. I was very excited. It was so unexpected!

You look kind of sad in the window sweetie.
But at least it was a short trip and she is home again! That was a good idea for getting those steps for puff & powder.

Momma loves those kitty planters. You look so cute in the window. I'm super glad your mom came home already. I know you miss her lots when she's gone (Dads are ok, but they're just not the same).

BBQs sound like a good idea. Here in the UK my human pets live in a house on a hillside with a wind that roars up from the Thames Valley, so they haven't done one. Next summer I will start putting pressure for one. I usually find I can change my humans' habits and decisions if I put enough effort into it. Obedience training humans is an art which most of us cats are good at. You start young and keep training through out their lives.
