Farewell to the Fireplace

 Puff is a kitty who enjoys a good Hammick in front of the fireplace. It's really more of an addiction. If she hears the fireplace kick on, she comes a-runnin'. It's still chilly enough here in O Hi O for a fire in the evening and Puff is making the most of it. Soon she will have to endure months of no fireplace to warm her teenaged floof and bones. She makes herself feel better about all of this by remembering that it's almost deck time!

Yay!

    We love sun puddles too Puff although the fire does make a good substitute. We hope you get lots of sun puddles on your deck this year.

    thompson's version of a fireplace is our heating vents. he loves to curl up by select vents.

    Mom doesn't lite the fire here in our part of O hi O, but she has broken out the space heater a few times this winter and it is a competition to see who can lay closest. We are hoping it warms up soon....
