Then, out of nowhere - that orange menace Rudy strolled over to me and gave me a swat on my cheek! For no reason! I was stunned and just sat there staring at him in disbelief! Mommy was near us and had the evil squirt bottle close at hand in case we decided to start sharpening our claws on the new furniture (we've been very, very good and have not scratched it...yet...). She got Rudy full on in the puss and he ran away like the little ginger scoundrel that he is. She scooped me up before I knew it and inspected my booboo. Then she cleaned it! I protested and ran and hid. Later that evening I appeared for therapeutic Temptation treats, hugs and smooches and Rudy got none! Ha! I am happy to report that I am fine, but my face is temporarily marred. I anticipate a full recovery.

Um..OK...it's time to come clean. You see Parker, what happened was this - Rudy being my identical twin separated at birth and all, we've been in secret communication trying to build a teleporter so that we could meet up. Friday night, I was just fiddling with the teleporter design and decided to put some Greenies in the slot to see if that made any difference, when WHAM KAZOW BLAM! before I knew what was happening the teleporter had kicked into life! But it all went a bit wrong because, instead of me and Rudy winding up in the same place, somehow we found ourselves swapped over and there I was in your living room! I was all dazed and confused about where I was and suddenly saw an apparently strange kitty in front of me, and I admit it, in my confusion I lashed out! Yes, it was I who planted my claw in your face and got squirted by the waterbottle, but it was an accident! Meanwhile Rudy had found himself in my house where, being a resourceful guy, he immediately fed more Greenies into the teleporting machine and managed to change us back again. Unfortunately, this meant that when he got back to your house, he had to take the blame for my misdeed. I can only apologise again but...that's how it happened, so please don't blame my ginger twin Rudy!

Parker, why do the boy cats have to do this to us? I am sending kissies for your boo boo to help make it better, because I have had boo boos from Sam and Max (my Rainbow Bridge Brother), but at least Simon hasn't done me wrong.
