Since it's Sunday and I have a little time, I thought I would tell you the story of what happened to Mommy one sunny afternoon last May. Mommy was leaving her job in O Hi O and going back to her apartment. She stopped at a stoplight and the next thing she knew - WHAM! A young lady hit Mommy's car from behind. Below is the young lady's car. It was totaled.

Nobody got hurt and that was the important thing. Mommy's car was in the shop till last week! She said that there was only one good thing that came of the car crash...
She put Skeezix's bumper sticker on her new bumper!

OH MY GOODNESS! Car crashes are scary! I'm glad that everyone was alright! Did I read that your Mommy JUST got her car back?! WOW, the repair shop was slow! Oh well, I'm just happy that she's not hurt! I couldn't enlarge Skeezix's bumper sticker, what does it say?

mom's been doing 'tidy up the house' this morning. i think she's forgotten that she's supposed to sit down to make a lap for the kitty!

That is ixtreemly scary!!!! I think sumthing like that wood happen if Trip was driving cuz he woodn't pay attenshun for more than 1 sekund at a time.

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that your mom is okay. My Lady said that she has been in almost a dozen car recks in her life, but she wasn't driving in any of them. For some reason when she is in a car, people like to hit it with their car. She's never been hurt though. I love the sticker. How great!

What a bad accident! And a lot of time to make simple repairs. Now your mom has to collect more bumper stickers to replace the cool ones she lost. The new one from Skeezix is a good start.
