Our Inside Trees

Our big Christmas tree was awesome. We loved to play in front of it. Yesterday we had to say good-bye to our tree and watch it go back outside. It was getting too dry to be safe.
The glow of the lights were so pretty. Rudy liked to hide behind the presents.

I liked to patrol and sniff the branches.

We still have our little fake tree in the living room. It gets to stay until Sunday. It's good to hide under while keeping an eye on the 'rents. Sigh... I'm going to miss the holidays.

  1. Your tree was wonderful for sure. It must be hard to say good-bye to it. Would it be silly to be looking forward to next years's Christmas already? Probably...

  5. It is sad to see the decorations come down. We had fun batting the toys off of the tree. You do look happy sitting under the tree. Take care.

  6. your trees are beautiful. I love how you have the live tree displayed by the bay window. I am a huge fan of bay windows.

I always find it a little sad when the decorations start coming down...but....there is always Valentine's Day to decorate for! :)

  14. You have two trees?! Oh way cool. Ichiro would have twice as much to make a mess of. Ours will come down on Saturday too...

  15. Our tree will probably come down Saturday or Sunday and then the Boy Scouts will come and take it away. Sigh. Nigel is still parked underneath it 24/7. He adores it.

  16. your tree was so pretty too, but we wouldn't want your house to catch fire from a dead tree. Our fake one is till up, but M & D say it's coming down probably New Year's Day. I will miss it.

  17. I always wonder at humans, taking all that time to put up the trees and then taking it all back down again just a few weeks later. With all that work, you'd think they would just leave them up all the time.

  24. What a pretty tree. Our tree is fake and Mom says it is coming down this weekend along with the village since Nemo just likes to lay on it. We finally got to open our Secret Paws gift tonight so check our blog tomorrow to see how much we like everything. Thank you for such a great gift!

We can't have a real tree cause mommy is allergic to evergreen. Isn't that bizarre?
