Me enjoying July
Now there is no deck time, as a matter of fact, the 'rents turned on the fireplace this weekend! I have to admit that was pretty awesome. You know what else is awesome? Pork Chops! And when you get little tastes of Pork Chops in front of the fireplace, it almost makes you forget the deck in July. Almost...
Kitties, have a super Monday - if your 'rents had to go back to their hunting places today, snag their favorite spot on the couch and have a long nap. Before you know it, they'll be home and doling out Temptations to you. At least I hope that's what happens.
Did they cook the Pork Chops IN the fireplace Rudy? We nefer tried that...
ReplyDeleteMmmm pork chops and firelaces.. That sounds good to me... Have a good day.. Hugs GJ xx
ReplyDeleteMy Mommy wants to ask if you get knots in your beeooteeful fur. Becos I always get BIG BAD knots in mine and Mommy know doesn't know what to do anymore.

We have never been by a fireplace. It sounds like a wonderfully toasty spot to spend a winter!
ReplyDeleteWe still have the AC running. If it would ever stop raining we could go out and PLAY. ~S,S,C & F
ReplyDeletePS: we had pork chops last week and we agree they are very tasty.
We're ready for the windows to pop open so we can enjoy the cool weather on the window sills. We still have the AC on here.
ReplyDeletePork chops by the fire sure sounds delightful!
You got pork chops? That sounds nommy!! It's still in the 80s here.

ReplyDeleteOMC!!! That is so furry funny you wrote about porkchops!!! That's what the beans are having for dinner, so we are too!!! And, we've been having fires in the place too, since last week.
ReplyDeleteLookin' good, Rudy! It's freezy cold here, too. Mama turned on the heat on Friday. Stay warm, dude!
ReplyDeleteLove,

I think the fireplace is a fair trade-off for the deck. Definitely.
ReplyDeleteOur Mom doesn't give us those ... I'll have to go complain to her
ReplyDeleteRiley ... I'm the youngest but they made me the Chairmen of the Purr Gang .. must be my orange stripes
Hmmm, deck in da summer, fireplace in da fall/winter...and porkchops anytime...all good.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice and cool in South Carolina today, but it will be back in the 80s this weekend.
ReplyDeletePork chops? You got PORK CHOPS!?! Oh man, can we come over?
ReplyDeleteOh, I am missing the sunshine too, Rudy. But on the plus side, the heating is on for an hour each evening now and I have rediscovered my cosy winter bed by the radiator already.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy those pork chops!
Rudy how did you manage to snag pork chops?
ReplyDeleteWow and a fire too?
I want to come over to your house!
