Formerly Feral Friday - A Washing Lesson

The following is an instructional video for any younger kitties who need to see how to properly get your pawsies and back legs good and clean. I highly reccomend the "love eyes" look during the session. It greatly increases your "Awwww" factor, and all you kitties know that where there's an Awww, there's usually a treat close behind!

As you can see, I used the love eyes near the end of my little wash. Not only did a get an "Awwwww," but I was rewarded with a treat AND some catnip. No need to thank me for the lesson kitties, I was happy to provide this P.K.S.A. (public kitty service announcement).

  2. Dear Parker,
That is a really good demonstration. I can see now that what I am lacking in my own bath is "focus." This morning as my mom was waking up, I was on the bed rolling around and using her head as an anchor for my washing. Have you tried that technique yet?

  4. I'd pay to see a movie with you in it. I fink you do the best love eyes I have ever seen Miss P. I'm going to practice making them at my mum to get more stinky stuff.

Hope it's hot for the P crew this weekend, and you all get to nip out on the deck.

  11. You look like my brother, Tinker...he knows how to give love eyes the best! Do you also go up to your Mommy, tap her arm to be picked up and cuddled? Of course you are a girl and it is to be expected but I think Tinker is to much a softie...he would let Mommy walk around holding him all day.=^Y^=Ty

(And please don't tell Meep, but he NEEDS to learn how to attend to cleanin' his tootsies, so we're gonna let him watch the P.K.S.A. a few more times. Otherwise, Twizzler hasta wash his paws for him...)

  25. It's been too hot around here to do much but lay out as flat as we can, but that was a great PKSA. We will definately try that technique when it gets cooler.

  26. Diamond, sorry about the squirrel. I hate it when they chatter away up in the tree in that mocking tone. It's just plain rude. Don't give up, though. One of these days, you'll get him.
