Mancat Monday - My Litigious Brother Rudy

I knew this would happen...

CASE NO. ZA-CAT-2008-1
The Hon. S. "Spats" Taylor, one of the most renowned and respected cattorneys in the country, was able to move this case from the 5th Circat Court of Florida to the Supreme Cat Court in Washington, DC.
Above, Ms Taylor, ESQ, waits with her clients on the courthouse steps while the media sets up for their news conference.
Rudy from O-hi-O and Zoey from Florida, flew in the night before, and met with a number of high ranking Washington celebrities over niptini and temptations, before retiring to their luxury accommodations at the Hay Adamus. Zoey has been totally shaved, her persona removed to the point that Maggy no longer recognized her.
Rudy endured the indignities of starvation for 12-hours, pain, suffering and mental anguish, but at the last moment in time, had the presence of mind to behave himself and avoid a full shave through his cooperation with the groomers. He has however, come home with clumps gone from here and there and everywhere no longer sporting his full and luxurious coat.
Both had been irreparably damaged and sought compensation. Ms Taylor announced to the media the full concurrence of the Supremes, with a unanimous 9-0 decision in favor of the Plaintiffs.
Below, an exhibit presented by Ms Taylor, ESQ which no doubt convinced the Supremes to rule in their favor.

I think Zoey really should get a LOT of compensation, not just for the shave-down, but her sister Maggy, doesn't even know it's her!

In other news, the most handsome Jeter Harris has a birthday today! Please go wish him a day full of tuna joose and cake! Happy, Happy Birthday to my Fabulous Formerly Feral Friend!

ps - I have entered the Spay Day contest that The Humane Society of the United States is sponsoring. Would you go and vote for me? You have to search for me and you can do it by name. So far, I am the only cat named Parker in the contest. Just click here. Thanks!

  2. Rudy, it's a good thing you're doing. We hope Zoey gets lots of treats as compensation. We think Rudy should get 50 tem-tay-shuns to gain back the weight he lost during starvation!

  10. Zoey looks, well... hideous. I think she should have gone for the full shave and then she could look a lot like me.

  17. We are happy the court ruled in favor of Rudy & the others! No cat should have to suffer these indignities and this should be a national holiday in honor of these brave felines.
