Easy Like Sunday - Spay Day Contest

Today is supposed to be sunny. Today the temperature is supposed to be in the upper 40's. Today Daddy is going to cook something on the outside grill. These are all very good things. They make this Sunday very easy! It makes it a good day to nap in a sunny spot and be grateful for my life here in O Hi O.

I have a favor to ask of you. I have entered the Spay Day contest that The Humane Society of the United States is sponsoring. Would you go and vote for me? If you click on the title of this post, it will take you where the voting starts. Or you can click here. You have to search for me and you can do it by name. So far, I am the only cat named Parker in the contest. The best part of winning is this - The privilege of awarding a $5000 grant for spay/neuter services to one of the nonprofit organizations participating in Spay Day USA! Below is the photo I sent them, it's one of my favorites. The contest runs through the 19th of this month. Mommy also said some very nice things about me that you can read if you go there.


Thanks for doing this. I'd love to be able to give a lot of green papers to help stop the numbers of unloved and abandoned animals.

    Just for fun we checked Gandalf's name while we were there. There are a few kitties named Gandalf, but only one of them there is gray like me. He'll probably pull some votes... he's unrolling the toilet paper to check for quality control.

    Parker! I just read that you won the cutest cat contest!! And I was surprised because you haven't even been bragging on your blog about it. How modest of you. I'll have to take a look at your new contest. Your parents must be very good hearted people to help you donate your earnings first to Churchill and now when you win the "Spay Day Contest", you'll continue to do good for others.
