This represents about 1/40th of what was furminated off of us on Sunday.
"Why yes, I'm stoned, why do you ask?"
"I think I see little pink mice over there."
"I'm too stoned to check it out."
"Wow, I just had a flashback!"
Powder just nods out.
And here we have Puff in a nip-induced coma.
"Which direction is rehab?"
"Parker, you got any more stash?"
"No man, I'm tapped."
"My skin feels all crawly!"
"Maybe if I do the Monty..."
"Here's my one-eyed Monty"
"My incredibly nipped out face."
This is as close together as you will ever see these little nipheads.
All in all we had a great afternoon. Mommy had to have a glass of wine after we finished getting furminated. Rudy has to be stoned to allow her to brush him. He really hates it, but will allow it if he has his snout in the nip. All of us took very, very, very long naps after our grooming. And for all you Mommy and Daddy beans out there - get a furminator. Mommy said we feel so soft and fluffy now and all of our undercoats are gone. We feel marrrrrvelous! (And Hungover!)
You three are really enjoying your nip! That's a lot of fur that came off of all of you with the furminator. I think I'm glad I don't have any fur! Your one-eyed Monty is very cute Parker. :)

ReplyDeleteWhen we first got our furminator so much furs came off of me that I had a bald spot on my side!
We do it outside on the lawns and if it doesn't blow away, big piles of our furs sit outside for weeks, looking like more cats in the yard.
Too bad there is a not a "wigs for cancer cats" fund, huh? We could all donate.

Mom just heard about the furminator last week from a friend. She thinks it would be just the thing for Shaggy and his floofy furs.
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a fun 'nip party you all had! My furs are pretty thin with no undercoat, so I would probably be bald if I used the furminator. When I get brushed, the brush really just goes across the top of my furs and doesn't do much of anything except feel good.
ReplyDeleteWe really do want one but Meowmy says they're too spensive for us since we don't have lots of fur (well, Chase has quite a bit). I like the nip trick, maybe I'll let meowmy do my claws on some nip. I do LOVE to be brushed though.

That is an awesome nip party. If I was there, I'd be zooming all over your patio and it would be a ton of fun. Momma says to tell your mom thank you for the idea to get EG all hopped up on the nip so she can brush him. Me and Titus love, love, love to get brushed, but EG hates it.

OH man, a furminator -- Momma's just GOTTA get onna them thingies! For alla us kitties but especially fur Brainball and Marilyn cuz they got so much FLOOF! Especially Brainball -- we call her Brainball cuz she's a fuzzball with EYES.

Wow, sounds like you three had a trying afternoon. I do not have thick fur and I hate to be brushed. My Lady says that I really don't need it anyway since my furs are so thin. Thank God.
